RTL Trades are a well-established, multi-trade maintenance company with over 70 team members, and we're currently seeking multiple Labourers and Trade Assistants to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for anyone wanting to develop a broad skill set and progress their career. You'll work alongside qualified carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and roofers, gaining hands-on experience across a range of commercial, residential, and strata sites. For the right candidates, there may also be opportunities to advance into an apprenticeship within your preferred trade.

About the role
The applicant must have:
* General Construction Induction card (i.e. White and/or Blue card)
* Willingness to undertake Working at Heights course in the future
* Ability to lift up to 30kg
* The ability to follow company procedures and policies including safety requirements.
* A professional appearance and phone manner
* A current manual Drivers' Licence
* A professional appearance and phone manner.
* Have sound knowledge of iPads/iPhones.
* Ability to use or learn how to use tablet based software
* A 'can do' energetic attitude and action orientated approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A strong work ethic and to be able think ahead.
* Sound references.
