About the role
Platinum Strata Management is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our dynamic team in Gosford, NSW. As a Strata Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of residential and commercial strata properties. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our respected organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Providing comprehensive strata management services to a portfolio of strata properties, including arranging and conducting strata committee meetings, preparing financial reports, and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of common areas
* Ensuring compliance with relevant strata legislation and regulations, and advising strata committees on legal and administrative matters
* Liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors to address queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Preparing and managing annual budgets, collecting levies, and maintaining accurate financial records
* Coordinating maintenance and improvement projects, obtaining quotes, and overseeing the work of contractors
* Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Strata Manager or a related role within the real estate and property industry
* Minimum 3-5 years of strata management experience is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in using strata management software and Microsoft Office applications
* Thorough understanding of strata legislation, regulations, and best practices
* A relevant tertiary qualification in property management, real estate, or a related field
* Certificate IV level qualification in strata management, is required
