About The Role
As a Supervisory Casual Sales Assistant, you'll be the heart of the store, leading your team to create an amazing customer experience. As a true brand ambassador, you'll bring our vision, values, and style to life With your passion for streetwear fashion and customer connection, you'll help customers find the perfect pieces, offer styling tips, and keep the sales flowing - all while having fun and inspiring your team to do the same
Your Day-to-Day:
* Create an unforgettable customer experience by offering expert styling advice, highlighting special promotions, and answering any product inquiries.
* Take charge as a team leader, supporting opening and closing procedures to keep daily operations running smoothly.
* Work closely with the team to fulfil online orders and roll out in-store promotions and exciting campaign activations.
* Assist with inventory management, including stock deliveries and cycle counts, to keep the store organized and well-stocked.
* Stay in the know about the latest products and fashion trends, and don't hesitate to connect with customers through your shared love of streetwear and sports
What You Bring to the Table:
* At least 1 year of experience in retail sales and customer service.
* A true passion for streetwear fashion
* High energy and enthusiasm to make an impact with customers and help build a Stateside Sports community.
* Comfortable working with individual KPIs and sales targets - ready to crush those goals
* Great availability Monday to Friday, including late night shopping.
* Must have full Australian working rights.
