We are currently representing a highly regarded developer-builder delivering a landmark $250M+ mixed-use project in Melrose Park, and are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the team.
This is a large-scale, high-density residential project requiring a Finishing Foreman who thrives in a fast-paced, programme-driven environment and understands the level of detail required on major projects.
The Role
Oversee and manage all finishing trades across multiple levels/stages
Drive quality control and defect management processes
Coordinate subcontractors to meet tight programme milestones
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure smooth handover
Maintain high standards across fit-off, joinery, services interfaces and final detailing
Push programme while maintaining quality and safety standards
About You
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
Strong background in Class 2 / high-density residential
Comfortable operating on projects valued $100M+
Able to manage multiple trades simultaneously
Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced construction environment
Strong eye for detail with a solutions-focused mindset
