We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead the charge in managing some of the most high-value enterprise accounts across Australia within the healthcare B2B landscape.

You’ll play a central role in executing national strategies, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring clients see you as an essential part of their growth story.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own and lead a portfolio of major enterprise accounts—some of the largest in the industry.
* Deliver a consultative, value-led sales approach, identifying innovative ways to support client success and revenue growth.
* Be the go-to advisor for key decision-makers, from field managers to C-suite stakeholders.
* Build and nurture relationships at all levels: national, regional, and local.
* Collaborate with commercial, clinical, service, and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Leverage data and CRM insights (Salesforce experience a plus!) to forecast, track progress, and optimise performance.
* Guide and mentor junior sales talent, helping to build the next generation of commercial leaders.
* Represent the business with confidence and professionalism through high-level presentations and strategy sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
* P roven success in medical, B2B, or healthcare sales —bonus points for national account or enterprise-level experience.
* A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset who thrives in complex environments.
* Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder.
* Previous experience coaching or mentoring a plus—leadership is part of the role.
* Confident with data, CRMs, and sales forecasting tools.
* Willingness to travel nationally as required to build relationships and close deals.
