As a Team Lead – SAP BTP Application Development, you will be responsible for leading a small team, contributing to key solution decisions, and ensuring high‑quality delivery using SAP Business Technology Platform.
Key responsibilities:
* Design, build, and configure SAP BTP applications aligned to business requirements.
* Develop innovative solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
* Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative learning environment.
* Provide solutions to technical challenges across the team and broader delivery streams.
* Stay updated with latest industry trends and continuously improve development processes.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development (mandatory).
* Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
* Strong capability in SAP BTP Administration, API Management, and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Platform.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Proven experience leading and mentoring technical team members.
* Experience with structured testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
