We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and support across our offices.

About the Role

* Deliver outstanding front desk and phone customer service to clients
* Manage appointments, referrals, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency
* Maintain client records, databases, and secure filing systems in a confidential and professional manner
* Process correspondence, office tasks, and support staff orientation effectively
* Contribute to audits, quality improvement, and a positive team culture through collaborative efforts

Requirements

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, clients, and external agencies
* Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and resolve workplace conflicts professionally and respectfully
* Experience in frontline health service administration, including appointments and records management
* Proficient in typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications, with ability to learn new software
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate in a team environment with a focus on excellent outcomes

Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
