Requirements

* Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and resolve workplace conflicts professionally and respectfully
* Experience in frontline health service administration, including appointments and records management
* Proficient in typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications, with ability to learn new software
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate in a team environment with a focus on excellent outcomes
