As part of the Consumer Products Division team, the Business Planning Manager will lead the CPD sales forecasting process and provide effective leadership to the Business Planning team.This central role within the CPD commercial operations team requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to analyze and provide insights into business targets across all accounts and channels, offering opportunities for cross-functional work and diverse team interactions.About The JobLead and facilitate collaboration between teams (e.g., sales, finance, operations) to develop forecast recommendations, optimize costs, enhance communication, and achieve business targets.Drive team performance, celebrate successes, foster teamwork, and implement the business planning vision and strategies effectively.Ensure adherence to planning goals, processes, and agendas to maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency.Monitor and analyze sales performance against forecasts, provide weekly updates on key changes, and offer recommendations for future forecasts.
