Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the service department
Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team

Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with safety standards
Drive profitability while meeting KPIs and service targets
Your Background
Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Manager within a dealership
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Solid mechanical knowledge and workshop experience
Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
Proficient with dealership systems
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
