Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Provide personalised styling advice and exceptional customer service
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes
Train and mentor sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Collaborate with the team to execute promotions and events
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in homewares or interior design, fashion, footwear or hospitality
Robust leadership skills and a passion for motivating and developing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great fun, positive personality who everyone enjoys working with
Detail-oriented with a knack for visual merchandising
Must have a current Drivers Licence
