The role
Reporting to the Bath Lead, you will contribute to the efficient operations of the Well Boat including:
* The day-to-day husbandry of salmon and bathing operations.
* Harvest and Smolt transfer operations.
* General pen maintenance.
* Assisting with work within Central Support across our zones as required.
Located near Dover, you will be working full-time on a 7 on 7 off roster. This position comes with the opportunity to complete your Cert III in Aquaculture through which you will gain your Coxswains ticket.
About you
* You love the water and ideally have experience within aquaculture.
* You have effective time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* You have experience working safely in a dynamic environment, identifying risks, and taking appropriate action.
* You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships within a team.
* You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive focus on continually looking to improve processes
