Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Podiatrist to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide a wide range of podiatric services to our patients, including general skin and nail care, diabetes assessments, biomechanical assessments, orthotic interventions, and footwear reviews. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing patient-centered care and possess the skills to manage diverse podiatric conditions.
*This position is open to all podiatrists ranging from new graduates to senior & experienced podiatrists. For those new graduates, you will be entering a supportive environment where we will provide you with professional guidance and educational support.
Key Responsibilities:

o Perform general podiatric treatments including skin and nail care.
* Conduct diabetes assessments, including screening for diabetic foot complications.
* Carry out biomechanical assessments to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal disorders of the foot and lower limb.
* Provide orthotic interventions, including the prescription and fitting of custom orthotics.
* Review and recommend appropriate footwear to enhance foot health and comfort.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with clinic standards.
* Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
* Offer education and advice to patients on foot health and prevention strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor of Podiatry (or equivalent degree) from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Current membership with APodA.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
- Knowledge of current podiatric practices and trends.
