The role offers a balance of technical work, client exposure and project management.The role also offers opportunities to work with project teams across other states and internationally.You'll also have the opportunity to build your expertise, develop your client-facing skills and support the growth of junior team members, with clear pathways for progression over time.You will:Undertake research and analysis to support the delivery of high-quality reports, using both primary and secondary dataConduct market, quantitative and qualitative research, applying insights to projectsProvide input and advice on economic and land use principles across a range of projectsPrepare and clearly articulate analysis, findings and forecastsSupport the development of analytical approaches, models and frameworksManage the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and client expectations are metContribute to the preparation of client reports, presentations and other deliverablesSupport business development activities, including proposals and presentationsBuild and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersContribute to the training and development of Consultants and Research AnalystsCollaborate across teams to support broader Business Unit objectivesAbout you:Degree in Economics, Property Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or similarApproximately 4-6 years' experience in economics, property or consultingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience delivering reports and communicating insights clearlyProficient in Excel and Microsoft OfficeSolid project management and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail and communication skillsCollaborative, proactive and comfortable working both independently and in a teamProficiency in feasibility software, such as EstateMaster, would be well regarded but is not essentialWhy Urbis?
