Casual Personal Care Assistant Role
VMCH is currently seeking casual Personal Care Assistants to join the team at Star of the Sea. These roles require one to work mornings, with a minimum of three shifts per week preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver care and support aligned with each resident's Care Plan.
* Apply person-centred care approaches in all interactions.
* Support residents based on their individual needs, strengths, and preferences.
What You'll Need:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
* A genuine passion for aged care and supporting older Australians.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Previous experience in aged care is highly regarded but not mandatory.
