**Woods & Co Recruitment **have teamed up with a growing “new age” trades business with a strong pipeline of work. This very exciting opportunity requires an experienced Office Manager, Operations Manager or Business Manager to join a great team and company and play a part in taking this business to the next level.
This team is innovative and have three key functions of their business that you will need to work across and understand. The current Managing Director is really looking for someone who can step up and take a lot of his responsibilities off his hands.
**What's in it for you?**

**What do you do?**
- Responsible for all stock control, office supplies etc
- Acting as the first point of contact for all administrative tasks
- Processing accounts payable and receivables
- Daily banking
- Assist accountant with reconciliation of accounts
- Invoicing
- Bookkeeping
- Scheduling and rostering using AroFlo software
- Payroll
**What do you need?**
- Previous experience in a similar or senior management position
- Bookkeeping experience is recommended but not mandatory
- Proficient user of AroFlo or similar scheduling software
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and able to work in a team workplace
- A strong understanding of business operations
- Invoicing & Reconciliation experience
- Attention to detail, top-notch organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Drive and determination to get the job done and work through problems with a solution focus.
