The Role & Structure
An experienced Facility Manager to take the reins of a large, fully compliant residential aged care home in the Wollongong region.
Facility Manager > 2x Care Managers > CCC > RNs > Care Staff
Oversee daily operations, staff management, compliance, and resident outcomes
Backed by a large, well-established not-for-profit provider

Requirements
Previous experience as a Facility Manager in Residential Aged Care
Current AHPRA Registration (desirable)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage compliance, accreditation, finance and staff development
