 * Enhance embedded practice across services by implementing industry best practices
 * Implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and compliance
 * Coach and mentor teams to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration
 * Roster staff and manage finances effectively
 * Critically reflect on child outcomes and plan for improvement
Requirements:
 * Previous experience in OSHC or childcare
 * Experience as a senior leader or Area Manager
 * Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
 * Completed ACECQA-approved qualification
 * Current first aid and driver's license
