Job Description The role is centred around managing a portfolio of medium-risk contracts, consisting of medical devices and services. Experience managing medium risk but complex contractual relationships between commissioned equipment providers and our client, with particular attention to sustainability, governance and compliance. The ability to autonomously prepare, manage, and evaluate the end-to-end tender process, including drafting tender documentation, managing pricing submissions, conducting negotiations, preparing evaluation and recommendation reports, and reviewing terms and conditions. The analysis of existing contracts; engaging in performance management as required, further developing key stakeholder relationships and the management of variations, claims etc to ensure adherence to agreed performance and commercial expectations. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders including but not limited to end users, suppliers and government agencies. The Successful Applicant The successful individual will be able to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated experience and the ability to articulate their ability within dedicated contract management focusing on supplier performance management and stakeholder relationship development. The ability to prepare tender documentation and manage the entire process, including the preparation and close-out of the evaluation. Previous exposure to a government and/or government adjacent industry would be beneficial.
