We're looking for Disability Support Workers who really care about what they do and how they do it.

Your New Role As a Disability Support Worker with HCA, you will: Support people of all ages with intellectual and/or physical disability, and/or mental health conditions with high quality 1:1 support.
Commit to regular and consistent shift schedules that match your availability, across day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts.
Build relationships using clear communication and interpersonal skills, while promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
Support customers with personal care, daily tasks, and community participation, which may include manual handling and respond effectively to challenging behaviours.
Adapt to support each person's unique needs and respond to challenging behaviours.
Assist with physical health, emotional wellbeing and positive routines.
Implement care plans and maintain clear documentation.
Provide timely and consistent communication to the operational team to support smooth coordination and high-quality service delivery.
