Job Overview
The Operations Director will lead three key departments – IT, Administration, and Maintenance – with responsibility for around 20 staff across a diverse range of operational activities.
* Foster a high-performance culture by leading and developing three department managers across IT, Administration, and Maintenance.
* Ensure efficient delivery of operational services, guaranteeing compliance and alignment with College goals.
* Implement systems, processes, and reporting frameworks that enhance transparency and accountability.
* Manage significant projects, utilizing project management techniques to achieve objectives.
* Drive proactive facilities management through data-led reporting and dashboard development for the College Council's Facilities Committee.
* Guide and mentor managers at different levels of leadership maturity, promoting professional development and capability growth.
* Champion continuous improvement across operational teams, ensuring best-practice solutions.
