Role: Corporate Admin Assistant
Location: Bega - Ridge Street (hybrid)
Job Type: Contract - 5 Months- Working Holiday Visas welcome
Start Date: Monday 5th January
Hours: 8am - 4pm (flexible)
Rate: Dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
* General Administration: Provide comprehensive admin support, including travel bookings for Directors, processing Purchase Orders (POs) in accounting systems, whilst managing contracts.
* Community & Public Relations: Assist with the administration of community support programs, manage public relations enquiries (email and phone).
* Event Support: Provide administrative assistance for various corporate events.
* Executive Support: Offer admin and EA support.
Experience:
* Tech Savvy: Solid experience in complex systems.
* Organisational skills: Proven ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
* Autonomy & Teamwork: Capable of working effectively both unsupervised and as a collaborative team member.
* Attitude: Exhibit empathy and a quick, consistent approach when responding to public enquiries, ensuring alignment with the company's image. Appreciate the importance of confidentiality.
