**About the Role**
The BOQ Group are looking for a Product Manager to join the Everyday Banking team on an 12 month fixed term contract. The role will support the strategic direction of all three brands under the BOQ Group banner which include Bank of Queensland, ME Bank and Virgin Money. The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Everyday Banking and the Senior Product Manager in delivering market leading everyday banking and savings experiences for our customers.
You will provide input into the development of Everyday Banking and Savings propositions, to ensure they are market leading, align to the needs of our target customers and achieve positive customer and commercial outcomes and be involved in the delivery andmanagement of exciting new digitalbanking propositions.
The role will be responsible for performance management of the assigned portfolios, weekly/monthly reporting, and providing insights and recommendations to the wider Everyday Banking team. You will consistently look for opportunities to improve and lift channel capability and customer experience to drive customer and business performance; whilst providing market, competitor, customer and performance insights to inform the development of the everyday banking strategy.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, we are ideally looking for a Product Manager with 1-3 years' experience in a similar role with preference for digital retail banking. You will have had some exposure to customer and commercial accountability, with an understanding of everyday banking products. You will have experience analysing data to identify problems and opportunities, and building a case for change.
You will be able to work directly with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to enhance our product propositions, with a sound knowledge of the operational features of Retail Banking products
Ideally, you will have some Project Management and Change Management experience on small to medium projects and an understanding of execution and delivery of change.
