Opportunity
Our Lundavra Feedmill is looking for a full-time Feedmill Maintenance person to support maintenance activities and keep our machinery running at its best.
Reporting to the General Manager of our Feedmill Supply Chain, this hands-on role plays a key part in delivering our structured maintenance program, improving plant reliability, and maximising the performance of our equipment and machinery. The position is based within an hour of Goondiwindi, QLD.
This role operates on a 38-hour week, working four weekdays plus one weekend day, offering a consistent and balanced roster.

About the Role
This opportunity works in our Feedmill located within an hour of Goondiwindi, QLD and is responsible for the following:
* Develop and implement a structured routine preventative maintenance program, focusing on improving reliability and minimising down time.
* Maintain and control spare part inventory for critical machinery components
* Liaise with the Feedmill Manager to coordinate and deliver maintenance requirements efficiently and effectively
* Identify strategies for implementing future machines and equipment changes to build on our workplace systems
* Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
* 5 years' experience as a Maintenance person or Mechanical Fitter - or similar relevant experience
* Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical/Maintenance Trade or similar
* A high attention to detail with the ability to recognise issues and implement solutions
* Experience in maintaining and implementing best practice record keeping processes
* Availability to attend call outs in the case of machinery/equipment breakdowns
