Resource recovery team lead

Leadership Role - Waste Management and Resource Recovery

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate a large team of landfill operators at a Stuart Landfill site, ensuring exceptional customer service by managing service planning, resource allocation, time management, budget, safety and environmental compliance.

This role involves:

* Leading a team of remote operational staff
* Managing all aspects of team performance
* Coordinating staff and resources to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

* A qualification in engineering, environmental science or significant industry experience
* Supervisory experience and/or qualifications in the waste management, resource recovery or related industry
* Experience with business-management systems required for a commercialised waste business unit
