A unique opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team at Gold Coast Jaguar Land Rover in Southport as a Warranty Administrator.

Working closely with the Group Warranty Administrator the successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Preparing and submitting warranty claims accurately as per the guidelines set by Jaguar Land Rover Australia.
* Keeping valid, current, and legible records of all claims submitted.
* Maintaining warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested in the time frame required.
* Keeping the dealership compliant with regular audits.
* Submitting transport and damage claims.
* Repair order filing when required
* Liaising with workshop controller to ensure warranty process is adhered to
To succeed in the role the applicant must display:
* Strong attention to detail
* Accurate data entry / computer skills
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Knowledge of Manufacturer Warranty Claims Guidelines / Repair Order Processes
* Titan experience preferred
