Guest Services Team Member
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service at Australia's largest water park. As a key member of our Guest Experience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote a Positive Experience: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
* Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with the Guest Experience team to promote a positive working environment, sharing ideas and best practices to enhance the guest experience.
* Provide Information and Support: Assist guests with park information and answer queries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate and helpful responses.
* Maintain Efficiency and Sales Targets: Meet or exceed efficiency and sales targets, driving revenue growth and improving operational performance.
* Record Accurate Data: Maintain accurate records and complete all relevant paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Report Issues: Report any issues affecting Guest Services operations to the Guest Experience Coordinator or Sales & Marketing Director, contributing to continuous improvement.
You will also be responsible for handling lost children, attendance recording, general inquiries from guests, and storing lost property. Strong knowledge of process and procedure for tickets and experiences is essential.
Requirements:
* Fluent English Language Skills: Possess fluent English language skills to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
* Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills, building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
* Prioritization and Pressure: Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and work under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism in fast-paced environments.
* Time Management and Organization: Possess strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Professional Disposition: Display a professional and friendly disposition, representing the company well internally and externally.
