* Quality Control: Monitor food quality during preparation and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a fine dining or hotel-style restaurant.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and current food trends is required.
* Excellent communication skills, energy, and a professional attitude are essential.
* Ability to remain organized and composed under pressure is vital.
* Full, unlimited working rights in Australia and relevant certifications (NSW Food Safety Certificate and NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate) are mandatory.
