Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our facilities team. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our building systems, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for all staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with experience working in critical environments. They will be responsible for monitoring and managing Building Management Systems (BMS), analyzing compliance data, and generating reports to support facility operations.

This is a unique opportunity to transition from hands-on technical work to a more analytical and strategic position within building services. You will be part of a close-knit team focused on compliance and critical plant analysis via the BMS.

* Proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within critical environments.
* Formal training in electrical, mechanical, or BMS systems.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
