We are seeking a casual part-time designer to join our boutique healthcare and medical communications company in Wollongong - and to help us meet deadlines before (and after) the holidays!
Candidates must be available for flexible 2 days per week to meet project demands. There may be an opportunity for additional hours.
About the role
N of One Solutions is a healthcare communications agency. Working in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations, consumers, and healthcare providers, we strive to make health better through creative education and marketing activities.
While healthcare or medical industry design experience is preferred, it is not an essential requirement for this role.
We are seeking a designer who will be responsible for:
- Preparing finished artwork for print and digital implementation
- Liaising with printers to advise on print specifications, checking print proofs and creating mock-ups
- Developing bespoke layouts
- Applying brand guidelines / existing creative to the development of related collateral
- Create email and social campaign templates
- Setup new jobs and manage the artwork asset files for projects
Skills and experience
- Any formal qualification in graphic design is acceptable for this position
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Digital design experience (email and social campaigns)
- Working knowledge of MSOffice 365 (PowerPoint, Word)
- Experienced with print production
- Attention to detail for copy and formatting corrections
- Solid communication and organisation skills
- A excellent work ethic and a passion for keeping our valued clients happy
