About the Role
You'll work directly with the Managing Director, taking ownership of your own client base while being supported by a close-knit and collaborative team.
Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing end-of-year financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders
Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), TPAR and FBT returns
Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
Managing client relationships and delivering timely, accurate advice
About You
You'll bring solid technical grounding and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
3+ years' experience in Australian public practice
Confident preparing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS
Exposure to Xero and ideally some bookkeeping experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow
Experience using Karbon is a bonus
