About the Role
This dynamic opportunity requires adaptable individuals who can deliver high-quality assessment, treatment, and intervention services to diverse communities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with communities on mental health topics, traveling to various regions, and establishing respectful relationships with individuals and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive mental health assessment, treatment, and intervention services
* Develop and implement community engagement initiatives on mental health topics
* Travel extensively across Northern Queensland to support culturally diverse communities
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, individuals, and the broader community
Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will require current registration with AHPRA (if applicable) and relevant professional qualifications, including Registered Psychologists, Mental Health Certified Nurses, Accredited Social Workers, or Mental Health OTs. Provisional Psychologists and students are also welcome to apply.
A current Australian Driver's Licence ('C' class) and the right to live and work in Australia are essential requirements. Indigenous Australians are highly encouraged to apply.
