As a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects across varied scopes and disciplines, meeting agreed success criteria.
* Define project scope and assist with business case preparation and funding approvals.
* Engage with all relevant parties to capture inputs, restrictions, approvals and requirements.
* Manage tender preparation, bid analysis, and contract awards for consultants and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with contract terms, process payments, and manage changes.
* Control site activities for safe and compliant delivery in collaboration with consultants and safety advisors.
* Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize issues.
* Maintain quality standards across design and construction phases.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven track record in designing and delivering construction projects, especially within the water sector.
* Understanding of waste water treatment plant systems.
* Skilled in contractor management and contract administration (NEC).
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across all lifecycle stages.
* Strong communication and consultation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft 365 Apps.
* Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
