We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services team and work onsite with our client, Amazon. The role involves managing daily client activities at the property and acting as the primary on-site contact for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and candidates.
* Perform administrative tasks such as preparing documents, spreadsheets, and signage.
* Coordinate between office staff and facilities management for service requests.
* Verify invoices and manage deliveries and supplies.
* Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization.
* Provide 24/7 emergency support and site attendance.
* Ensure compliance with all EHS protocols.
* Develop and maintain a motivated team environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience in facilities management within a corporate setting.
* Financial management and budgeting skills.
