* Problem-Solving: Think critically and develop creative solutions to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven track record in a concierge or hospitality management role, preferably in a high-end hotel setting.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in hotel management systems, and a solution-focused mindset.
* Educational Background: Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
* Certifications: Valid working rights in Australia, current Australian driver's license, and RSA certification.
