**The key responsibilities of this role include**:
- Resolve day-to-day administration issues for Austsralian logistics movements within agreed timelines
- Process day to day operation of the Ausralian Warehousing Team using Shopify and Cin7;
- Review Carrier Rate Cards to ensure all Deliveries and discrepancies are processed in accordance with agreed rates.
- Review and close out any open loads (customer issues/returns and/or relocations) using shopify reporting and ensure any open corrections are closed out.
- Review missed deliveries and esnure they are completed without ageing
- Review available information from TMS to pro-actively communicate with Logistics Carriers if there is potential Service Failures and ensure all Service Failures are logged on the day received
- Investigate, record, and perform root cause analysis of Logistics service failures and complaints at the time of incident with all relevant information provided with clear commentary of failure
- Actively work to understand CHEP's logistics function, systems, and platforms
- Observe and comply with relevant State/Territory OHS&E and COR regulations and legislation.
- Participate in defining and implementing process improvements, which ultimately will help lift CHEP logistics performance.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
