Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents, following best practice procedures.
* Support colleagues and maintain a cooperative team spirit.

Requirements
* A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly.
* Current registration with AHPRA, having completed a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent.
* Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
* Good coaching and training skills.
* Effective conflict resolution skills, with high emotional intelligence.
* Strong customer-centric approach.
* Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
