Your New Company/Role: As one of the established organizations, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their growing team, based in Artarmon 2064. This is a 3 months temporary (subject to extension/permanency). The successful candidate must have exposure in end to end accounting duties alongside working with backlogs. The role is ideally for a permanent headcount. About the Opportunity / Responsibilities: Reporting into a supportive and nurturing Manager: Your duties include: Full-function accounts payable - supplier payments and statements Full-function accounts receivable - managing invoices and outstanding ledgers Managing and reconciling supplier accounts Processing backlog invoices efficiently and accurately Handling supplier queries and ensuring timely issue resolution Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Month-end activities Performing bank reconciliations Preparing reports Dealing with foreign exchange transactions Working collaboratively within the finance team and liaising with internal stakeholders Assist with budgeting and forecasting Any other reasonable duties that may be required Ideal Profile This opportunity is for someone who has experience within end-to-end accounting duties with an Accounting background.
