Join a leading company with a significant presence in Melbourne in a high‑performing and dynamic in‑house role. This role will see you working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
Responsibilities
To be considered for this role you will be a commercially focused and astute lawyer with 3‑6 PQE, with front‑end commercial experience gained in a quality law firm. You will enjoy working on a broad mix of matters including complex contractual negotiations, general commercial advice and regulatory and industry‑specific issues.
You will be an excellent communicator and problem‑solver, and someone who can work both independently and in a team.
Toss out your timesheets and enjoy great working hours in a fun and friendly environment. Working on a range of complex and interesting front‑end matters and significant projects, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in front‑end commercial matters; 3‑6 PQE. Must be an Australian lawyer with an unrestricted practising certificate and relevant experience. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
