We're seeking a highly skilled Client Service Officer to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as part of a dynamic team. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, preparing and implementing advice documents, and monitoring applications through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients to provide an outstanding client experience and build nurturing relationships
* Provide support to the Advice Team with client queries
* Prepare and implement Statement of Advice/Record of Advice documents
* Complete, lodge, process and follow up client investment, superannuation, pension & insurance applications
* Invest funds in direct shares and managed funds
* Monitor applications and liaise with fund managers through to completion
* Assist clients with completion of Centrelink applications & updates
* Accurately update information in our client management system
Requirements:
* To work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
* Consent to a Police Check
* To be professionally presented
* Be able to work independently and part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Maintain a predictable and consistent work schedule, ensuring tasks are completed on time
