Overview
Locum Community APD Dietitian/Public Health Nutritionist role in the Northern Territory, with Manual Music/CC Medical.
ASAP start for 3 months with possible extension.
Travel to remote communities in the Big Rivers region; diverse population; transdisciplinary model with allied health professionals.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload that covers adults and paediatrics outpatients in the clinic and outreach to remote communities.
Work in a transdisciplinary team with other allied health clinicians (eg OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Allied Health Assistant, Team Leader).
Travel to remote communities in the Big Rivers region by 4 WD or light aircraft, with overnight stays during weekdays.
Provide case management and community education.
ASAP start for 3 months with possible extension.
Return travel reimbursed and free accommodation for locums.
Join a supportive and social team; enjoy weekends in nature (gorges, waterfalls, camping, hikes).

Qualifications and requirements
Experienced Community APD Dietitian/Public Health Nutritionist required for this publicly funded service in the Northern Territory.
Caseload management skills; experience with adults and paediatrics and community education.
Compensation and benefits
Locum rates up to $80 per hour + super (depending on experience).
Return travel reimbursed and free accommodation for locums.
