About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Charles Brownlow Retirement Village in Highton as a Gardener. This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position working Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00. This is a 3 month contract, with potential for extension.
At Ryman our gardens are always blooming and provide tranquility for our residents, staff and guests. We hire skilled Gardeners to care for our grounds to ensure our flowers flourish and our gardens remain sustainable for years to come. The Gardener role includes maintaining a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas – no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
* Work with a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort-style setting for residents, their families and staff.
* Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great appearance and ensure safety of all grounds.
* Enjoy variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role.
* Strong problem‐solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A reliable, friendly and professional manner.
