Salary : $84,000 - $108,000
As a Registered Nurse, you'll help care for our residents' health and overall quality of life. Your personalised clinical care and empathetic approach will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role
Responsibilities
* Providing clinical care
* Managing and supervising care workers
* Undertaking client assessments
* Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluating care plans
* Providing treatment as required
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
* Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to demonstrate empathy and a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life
* Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
