The Account Manager – Melbourne Metro & Northwest Victoria
This role contributes to the growth of Radiometer Pacific through best‐in‐class support of our products and services. You will work with a well‐established and highly experienced team, supported through collaboration and ongoing development.
Location: The position reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Sales Team located in Melbourne, Victoria. It will be fully remote based in Melbourne.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing Radiometer customers, champion the Radiometer brand, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our service delivery and support capabilities.
* Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, supporting customers in line with territory business development plans measured by territory budgets and KPIs.
* Lead the uncovering and development of new accounts to expand the territory's customer base.
* Plan and schedule face‐to‐face account calls to current and potential end‐users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.
* Champion innovative product and program launches, offering proactive feedback to sales and marketing to guide future opportunities and market alignment.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
* Bachelor's degree in science, business or related areas.
* A minimum of 3 years sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
* Understanding of the Public Health system in Australia, specifically Victoria.
* Sales experience in healthcare, medical or diagnostic equipment.
* Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail and self‐driven attitude.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
* Ability to travel – up to 15 % travel including overnight stays within territory, national meetings and other events requiring travel.
* Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
* Technical or sales experience in blood gas or Point of Care equipment.
