About the Role
Join us from day one as we launch Australia's next iconic sleep brand. You'll help customers discover how quality sleep can transform their wellness journey. This isn't about pushing products - it's about helping customers make wellness-focused decisions that genuinely improve their energy, recovery, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers with personalised sleep wellness consultations
- Demonstrate product benefits through hands-on demonstrations and storytelling
- Connect sleep solutions to customers' wellness goals and lifestyle needs
- Deliver our "sleep beautifully, live brilliantly" customer promise consistently
- Maintain premium store presentation and brand standards
- Support store operations including stock management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets from launch
About You
- Strong customer service skills with professional presentation
- 2+ years retail sales experience will be highly regarded in luxury retail, big box retail, or wellness-focused environments
- Interest in wellness, sleep health, and lifestyle improvement
- Reliable and flexible with weekend and evening availability
