Lead Clinical Education Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead and inspire the next generation of medical professionals. As Director of Prevocational Education & Training, you will play a pivotal role in developing and coordinating structured education programs, advocating for trainee development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current clinical appointment at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for postgraduate medical education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing the teaching and career development of prevocational medical practitioners within the Murrumbidgee Local Health District. You will also develop and coordinate structured education programs to ensure high-quality clinical training and strategic alignment with broader educational goals.
As a key stakeholder, you will collaborate with Junior Medical Officers, hospital executives, and the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) to drive excellence in medical education.
