As a Maternal and Child Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to families with children from birth to 6 years of age. This role involves providing flexible and family-focused care, with a focus on maximizing the health potential of all children.
The position requires strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with families, colleagues, and other professionals. A key aspect of this role is to empower parents to make informed decisions about their child's health and development, through evidence-based education and support.
We are seeking experienced nurses who possess excellent interpersonal skills, are able to communicate effectively, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. To be successful in this role, you must be registered with AHPRA as a registered nurse and a registered midwife, and hold a recognized postgraduate qualification in Maternal and Child Health.
