Overview
Onboarding & Customer Success Manager – Newcastle, NSW. The client is a fast‐growing software solutions provider. This role focuses on onboarding, workflow design, project planning and implementation to meet client business needs.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients during onboarding and integration to identify workflow requirements, processes and software needs.
* Develop an action plan with internal and external stakeholders and manage the integration and implementation through to completion.
* Work with clients on data collection/migration to ensure a smooth transition.
* Deliver engaging and informative training to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of use.
* Assist in the satisfactory delivery of all products and services.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Business, IT or similar
* SaaS industry experience (essential)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Ability to identify client needs, develop project plans on budget and on time
* Exposure to software development or software project management (client-facing) would be highly favourable
* Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and adapt quickly
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in data management and intermediate-advanced Excel
* Highly organised with experience managing client projects
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your time
* Ability to work in a team environment to ensure deadlines are met
* Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients
