Clinical Director Women and Children
This leadership role oversees the clinical strategy, governance, and operational management of Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Paediatrics services.
 * Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
 * Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and workforce planning across Women's and Children's departments.
 * Collaborate with executive colleagues to shape models of care, improve patient access, and enhance outcomes regionally.
The ideal candidate will:
 * Hold current specialist medical registration in Australia, either in Paediatrics (FRACP) or Obstetrics & Gynaecology (FRANZCOG).
 * Demonstrate success in senior healthcare management roles with the ability to inspire, build, and lead high-performing teams within complex clinical environments.
 * Show extensive knowledge and experience in clinical governance, safety frameworks, and contribute strategically to service development, workforce planning, and organisational enhancement.
