Service Coordinator Job in Perth at Kingspan Water & EnergyWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Hazelmere, Perth. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service and warranty operations for our residential, rural, and commercial tanks and accessories.As a key member of our Service Team, you will report to the General Manager Rural and be responsible for:Handling inbound service and warranty inquiries within 24 hours, providing expert advice and fault diagnosis.Building strong relationships with customers by delivering diligent, friendly, and professional service.Coordinating and prioritizing service jobs for Field Service Technicians.Accurately recording customer interactions and maintaining service records.Providing product information and quotations to customers promptly.Managing job processing, sales orders, and quotes in Kingspan internal System - LNInfor.Conducting training on fault-finding and resolution for the wider team.Contributing to process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.Supporting workplace safety and quality standards.To be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in customer service, service coordination, or warranty handling.Proven ability to diagnose faults and coordinate work schedules.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and related software.Excellent time management and organizational skills.The ability to adapt, innovate, and drive continuous improvement.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.About UsKingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater treatment solutions.
