Community Support Worker
We are seeking a skilled Community Support Worker to join our team in Brisbane South & East areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming and medication management
* Offer domestic support with light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Assist with social activities, shopping, and travelling to medical appointments
* Support customers with the use of aids and equipment such as wheelchairs and standing frames
* Monitor customer well-being and report on progress
* Participate in staff meetings and attend training sessions
Required Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
* Experience working in Aged Care/Disability
* CPR & First Aid Certificate
* Current NDIS Worker Screening or Criminal Record Check
* Working with Children – Blue Card
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
* Smartphone with internet access
